2 green chilies
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt (to taste)
1 cup spinach
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder

How to make Broccoli Palak Chilla

step 1- Make a paste of broccoli-spinach. Cut broccoli into florets. Clean the spinach leaves and cut the stem. Put broccoli and spinach leaves in a blender. Also add garlic buds, green chillies and about 2-3 tbsp of water. Blend to make a thick paste.

Step 2- Make batter. Take out the green paste in a bowl. Add gram flour, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder and salt. Add water in batches and mix well to make a lump free batter. The consistency of the batter should be medium – neither too thick nor too thin.

Step 3- Make cheela. Now put a few drops of oil on a non stick pan. Pour two ladlefuls of batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a round cheela. Cook till golden spots appear on one side. Flip on the other side and cook till it becomes slightly crispy.

Step 4- Ready to serve. Serve cheela with chutney or dip of your choice. Try these Broccoli Palak Chilla to make your morning tasty and healthy.
