Ingredients of Masala Bread
4 slices bread slices
2 tbsp butter
1/2 medium onion
1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 cloves garlic
1/2 small carrot
1/2 small capsicum (green chili)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt as required
How to make Masala Bread
step 1- cut bread slices
Cut the bread slices into small pieces and keep them separately in a bowl.
Step 2- stir fry vegetables
Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion. Fry for two minutes. Now add chopped capsicum, tomato and carrot. Add salt and mix well. Let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add pav bhaji masala, tomato sauce and cook for one more minute.
Step 3- add bread
Add the chopped bread pieces in the last and wrap them well in the mixture. Cook for one last minute and turn off the flame.
Step 4- ready to serve
Serve Masala Bread with tea or coffee of your choice.
