Weekly Vrat Festival 2023 (29 May-4 June): The month of June will also start in the last week of May itself.   • 29 may monday, Mahesh Navami 2023 (Mahesh Navami 2023): According to the Panchang, Mahesh Navami falls on the Navami date of Jyestha month. ‘Mahesh’ is one of the many names of Lord Shiva. There is importance of worshiping Bholenath on this day.
  • 30 May Tuesday, Ganga Dussehra 2023 (Ganga Dussehra 2023): According to the Panchang, every year Dashami Tithi of Jyestha Shukla Paksha is celebrated as Ganga Dussehra. It is believed that on this day Mother Ganga had incarnated on the earth. On this day there is importance of bathing, donating and worshiping in the holy river Ganges. This gives freedom from sins.
  • 31 May Wednesday, Nirjala Ekadashi 2023 (Nirjala Ekadashi 2023): Nirjala Ekadashi fast will be observed on the last day of May. This Ekadashi is very special among all Ekadashis. It is believed that observing the fast of Nirjala Ekadashi gives the results of all the 24 Ekadashi fasts observed in a year.
  • 01 June Thursday, Pradosh Vrat 2023 (Pradosh Vrat 2023): On June 1, the second and last Pradosh Vrat will be observed in the month of Jyestha. Worshiping Lord Shiva and the entire Shiva family on this day gives relief from troubles and brings happiness in married life.
  • June 03 Saturday, Vat Savitri Vrat, Jyeshtha Purnima, Vat Purnima (Vat Savitri Vrat 2023, Jyeshtha Purnima 2023): After Jyestha Amavasya, Vat Savitri fast is observed on Jyestha Purnima. It is also called Vat Purnima. Like Jyeshtha Amavasya, married women keep a fast and worship the banyan tree and pray for the long life of the married woman.
  • 04 June Sunday, Kabirdas Jayanti 2023 (Kabirdas Jayanti 2023): Kabirdas ji’s birth anniversary will be celebrated on 4th June. His contribution in religious and spiritual life has been invaluable.
