PUBG 2, which is the sequel to the original PUBG, will soon see a worldwide release. Fans of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) are eagerly awaiting the release of the sequel to the hugely popular Battle Royale game. PUBG 2’s release date was slated for late 2023.
Krafton CEO Kim ChangHan told Bloomberg in January 2022 that the company was planning to release a new mobile title, a game linked to PUBG next year, and a survival horror game in 2023.

While a Twitter user, PlayerIGN, tweeted the release date, the tweet read: “PUBG confirms the release of PUBGMobile2 for this year and a release of the PUBG game for PC and console in 2023. Named: PUBG2. PUBG 2 Mobile Game is a sequel created in-house by the head of PUBG Lite, “he tweeted.
PUBG 2 can be viewed as a sequel to PUBG. According to documents shared by PlayerIGN, Krafton Amsterdam is hiring a technical art director and technical animator to work on an “unannounced new project” based on Epic Games’ Unreal Engine S.
