Paneer Burfi Ingredients

400 grams grated paneer
1/2 cup milk powder
300 grams condensed milk
1/2 cup full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp green cardamom powder
How to make Paneer Burfi
boil milk
Pour milk in a pan and keep it on medium-high heat. Boil it. Now add grated paneer to it and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture becomes slightly thick.
mix in the rest of the ingredients
Now add condensed milk to it and keep stirring continuously. Add milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder as well. Mix well to get rid of lumps and cook till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
let it set
Take out the mixture in a tray and spread it evenly with a thickness of 1/2-1 inch, depending on how thick you want the burfi to be. Let the mixture cool down completely. Now slide the tray into it. Keep the barfi in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Garnish with some chopped pistachios, cut into pieces and serve.
