So, when there is a strong urge to eat, there is no need to go to the market to enjoy these hot dishes, when you can make them at home. No need for fancy ingredients, as this recipe makes gulab jamuns with paneer. Be it kitty party, anniversary or any other special occasion, you can have these delicious Gulab Jamuns and enjoy with your friends and family.
Ingredients of Paneer Gulab Jamun
250 g paneer
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Refined oil as required
2 tbsp flour
1/6 tsp salt
2 cups water
How to make Paneer Gulab Jamun
step 1- mash the cheese
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash it till smooth. Add flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
Step 2- make small balls
Knead the dough and make small balls out of it. Once done, keep aside.
Step 3- heat oil and fry
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the balls till they turn golden brown.
Step 4- Prepare sugar syrup.
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups of water in one cup of sugar. Once it achieves a two-wire consistency, clip it off. Put the fried balls in it and let them soak in the sugar syrup for 2-3 hours.
Step 5- serve
You can garnish with nuts if needed. Now enjoy the hot Paneer Gulab Jamun sitting at home.
