The lower-ranked Mongolian football team grabbed its first point in the Continental Cup after holding title contenders Lebanon to a goalless draw here on Monday. Mongolia lost their first match against India. Now with one point from the drawn match, he has opened his account in the points table.
In the four-nation round-robin tournament, Lebanon have three points from two matches. In the first match, Lebanon defeated Vanuatu 3–1. Mongolian defender Batbaatar Emgalanbat played a good role and kept the Lebanese attacks at bay. He was declared man of the match.
