Along with high fever, dengue patient has severe headache. Patients have severe pain near the eye and behind and near the temple, which is unbearable. Along with pain, patients also feel pain inside the eyes and there is difficulty in opening the eyes.
A few days before dengue fever, red rash i.e. pink patches start appearing on the patient’s body. First they start from the stomach and back and then spread to the whole body. These rashes itch and there is also a burning sensation in them.
Early signs of dengue also include severe pain in the bones. Along with the bones, there is a lot of pain in the muscles of the patient and even the patient starts moaning with pain. That’s why dengue is also called break bone fever.
If the patient is feeling weak and tired along with fever, then it is a symptom of dengue. During this, the patient’s immunity decreases due to falling platelets and he feels very tired and weak.
If the patient starts bleeding from the nose or gums in the middle of dengue fever, then understand that dengue is becoming fatal. Although this sign is seen in few patients, but if it is seen, then emergency should be contacted immediately.
