Hima Das has disappeared from the athletic track just as fast as she rose five years ago after winning a gold medal at the World Junior Championships. After being dropped from the Asian Games team, Hima has been dropped from the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) by the Mission Olympic Cell (MOC). Meanwhile, weightlifter Jeremy Lalrinnunga, who was dropped from the national camp for refusing to travel to the US for treatment, has been retained in the Tops Development Group for the time being. His case has been referred to the sub-committee. Jeremy is out of the running to play in the Paris Olympics.
