Heart attacks do not come after seeing the day… still most heart attacks…

Day, month, year… all are the same, yet most heart attacks occur on Mondays only. This is surprising. Heart attack is also not minor, serious. These studies related to heart attack were presented in front of the people at the conference of the British Cardiovascular Society held in Manchester. Doctors told, one of the most dangerous heart attack is STEMI (segment elevation myocardial infarction). This happens more on Mondays. It is fatal because it blocks many arteries of the body. This stops the supply of oxygen to the brain. There is severe pain in the heart and then death. 

Monday’s tension is a big reason

According to a report published in the Daily Mail, on Mondays, on other days In comparison, there are 13 percent more heart attacks. Doctors said that after the weekend, Monday is the most stressful day. People return to work and take more tension than other days. For this reason, more heart attacks occur on Mondays. Along with this, people’s sleep cycle between Sunday and Monday…ie the sleep-wake process is affected, which sometimes causes heart attack.

Research by the American Heart Association also says that most cases of heart attack occur on Mondays. It also states that heart attack cases are highest during winter. 

Heart attack deaths in India, especially young people

Indian Council of Medical Research According to the WHO, out of all the people who die every year in India, about 28.1 percent are due to heart attack. Nowadays you must have heard most of the news in which young people, good people who go to the gym, people who live a healthy routine are also getting heart attacks. According to a report published in India Today, the number of deaths due to heart attack has increased by 75 percent in the last 10 years. 4 out of every 10 people who die are 45 years of age or younger.  

Major causes of heart attack

– Poor diet
– Sleep-wake disorder i.e. poor lifestyle
– Tobacco use
– Excessive Alcohol consumption
– Hypertension (high blood pressure)
– Sugar
– Obesity
– Abnormal cholesterol level (dyslipidemia) 

Where did this study< /h3>

According to a report published in Daily Mail, this study was done by doctors from Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and The Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. Research was done on about 22 thousand people to understand the pattern of heart attack. All these people had to be admitted to the hospital between 2013 and 2018 due to heart attack.
