Prannoy suffered a loss to Japan’s Kodai Naraoka in his first group match of the World Tour Finals badminton tournament, which began on Wednesday. This is Prannoy’s second straight defeat against Kodoi. Earlier, he had also lost to Kodai at the Singapore Open in July this year. “I was in control for most part of the game but after 15-15 in the third game, I made some mistakes,” Prannoy said.
