Golf legend Tiger Woods is once again in controversy. Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has accused him of sexual assault. According to media reports, Erica has accused Woods of having sex with her when she worked with him. After this, threatened to be fired from the job. Also forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Herman dated Woods for five years and lived with him at his South Florida home. Herman filed the documents in Martin County Court on Friday through his attorney. Meanwhile, Woods’ attorney filed documents proving that he had a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) with Harman.
Herman said they had a sexual relationship when she was an employee at Woods’ restaurant in South Florida. Also he signed NDA. The two separated in October 2022. Harman has since been seeking $30 million in damages as well as relief from the NDA. According to Sports Illustrated magazine, she also said that Woods had thrown her out of the house, whereas she could have lived at Woods’ home for five more years under a verbal agreement.
