India’s young tennis player Karman Kaur Thandi won her second career W60 ITF title. She defeated Ukraine’s Yulia Starodubtseva 7–5, 4–6, 6–1 in the final of the Evansville tournament in the US. With this win, Karman has become the second Indian woman tennis player after the legendary Sania Mirza to win a pro title in the US.
