India Pakistan Relation: The market of speculation is hot these days regarding the talks between India and Pakistan. After the formation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government in the country, the talks with Pakistan are completely closed, but it was claimed that talks are going on secretly between the two countries. In this matter, the statement of Pakistan’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar came and she said that there is no substance in these claims.

Hina Rabbani Khar while giving a statement in the Parliament of Pakistan said that no secret talks are going on between Pakistan and India. Muktar Khan, an expert in Islamic studies on this matter, says that there is nothing in this that there are rumors that India and Pakistan are holding secret talks. He said, “The most interesting thing is that Hina Rabbani Khar, who was earlier in a higher position, is now working in a lower position. Pakistan is protecting this thing more and it would not be correct to say that there is no secret dialogue between India and Pakistan.

‘Two foreign policies are needed to talk to Pakistan’

Keeping his point, he said that if a country has to negotiate with Pakistan, then a country has to pay attention to two foreign policies. First with Islamabad and second with Rawalpindi. The tussle between Rawalpindi and Islamabad is known to all. There is no conversation between them. He said, “Hina Rabbani Khar says that no talks are going on with Islamabad but nothing can be said if talks are going on with Rawalpindi.”

‘India has become a diplomatic center’

He said that by the year 2023, India has become the diplomatic center of the whole world and in such a situation it is not easy for any country to ignore India. On the talks between India and Pakistan, he says that there are three things in this too, one is the Government of India, the other is the Government of Pakistan and the third is the Pakistan Army.

On arrival of Bilawal Bhutto in India

On Bilawal Bhutto coming to India, he said, “The invitation that is being given to him has been done under a routine process, there is nothing new in it. If people are saying that because of secret talks, they have been invited to attend the SCO meeting, then it is wrong. It is a process. He said that it is not a matter of whether he will come or not. The real thing is that if they come, what will they do after coming? Will he stop his rhetoric? Will he try to improve India-Pakistan relations?
