The All India Football Association is ready to send its top team, led by skipper Sunil Chhetri, to the Asian Games, provided it gets the go-ahead from the Sports Ministry. The last time the Indian football team was not allowed to participate in the 2018 Jakarta Games. The Indian team is currently at number 18 in Asia.
