BPSC is conducting a multi-layer filtering of the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Examination result to weed out undeserving candidates and therefore, all announced results are conditional, Chairman of the commission Atul Prasad said. If posts remain vacant due to this filtering, it will be filled through one or more supplementary results, he said.
Prasad further informed that cut-off marks of all subjects will be released soon.
“When we are dealing with such large numbers as in TRE, multi layer filtering is needed to weed out undeserving ones. This is what’s going on & that’s why all results are conditional. Any vacancy arising out of this filtering will be filled by one or more supplementary results,” Prasad posted on X (formerly twitter).
“Very soon we will be declaring cut off marks in all TRE papers,” he said in a separate post.
BPSC TRE result for different papers have been announced along with district-wise allocation lists on the website bpsc.bih.nic.in.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will distribute appointment letters to around 1 lakh successful candidates on November 2.
The written examination was conducted from August 24 to August 26 in two shifts from 10 am to 12 noon and from 3: 30 pm to 5:30 pm across the state. The final answer key was released on October 15, 2023.
This recruitment drive is for 1,70,461 vacancies of Teachers in Bihar.
