The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow is inviting applications for its MSc International Relations course starting in January 2024.
According to a press release by the University of Strathclyde, the MSc in International Relations offers rigorous methodological training, drawing on long-established expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Students will be encouraged to evaluate these methods and to apply them to international political actors and processes. The course is organised into core and optional classes. Students will take two core classes and one optional class per semester.
Placement:
Students may apply to do a client-based project as part of dissertation research. Following a career workshop session, and on the advice of the school, students can contact host organisations including local, city, and national governmental organisations to arrange a work-based MSc dissertation, informed the University of Strathclyde.
Eligibility:
First or upper second-class Honours degree, or equivalent, in social science, IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no individual band less than 5.5).

Scholarship Details:
Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences: Students applying for a postgraduate taught degree programme can apply for a scholarship award equivalent to a 15% reduction of their tuition fees, which will typically be £2,500-£3,000.
