Reliance Foundation Founder and Chairperson Nita Ambani presented the Reliance Foundation ESA Cup to Diego Schwartzman at The Boodles Tennis event, held at Stoke Park, Buckinghamshire. The Boodles tennis event is considered a great practice tennis event before the Wimbledon Championships. The tennis event, played at Stoke Park, is celebrating its 19th anniversary. It will be played between 27 June – 1 July 2023. The Reliance Foundation ESA Cup prizes will be awarded every day of the five-day long tennis event.
On the first day of the tennis event, Reliance Foundation’s Nita Ambani presented the first Reliance Foundation ESA Cup to winner Diego Schwartzman. She also donated funds to Action4Youth based in Buckinghamshire, UK. Action4Youth is close to today’s winner Diego Schwartzman’s heart.
On this occasion, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Nita Ambani said, “The atmosphere here is amazing. We got to see some great tennis. The opportunity to do charitable service alongside the game has made it even more meaningful. I wish all the youngsters all the best and hope that they take up any sport of their choice and bring enthusiasm, conviction and a positive attitude to themselves and those around them.”
The Boodles 2023 is a celebration of tennis superstars. Seven of the world’s top 20 male tennis players are playing at The Boodles Tennis this year, including tennis stars Stefanos Tsitsipas (world No. 5), Holger Roone (world No. 6) and Andrey Rublev (world No. 7). Tennis is back on the grounds of The Boodles after the pandemic. There is a lot of enthusiasm among tennis enthusiasts regarding the event being played after a long gap.
