Indian boxers have performed amazingly in the Women’s World Boxing Championship. Indian girls won four gold medals in a spectacular performance on home soil. It started with Neetu Ghangash winning the gold medal in the 45-48 kg category. After him, Sweety Buri won the gold medal in the 75-81 kg category. The next day, Nikhat Zareen won gold in the 48-50 kg category to give the country its third medal, and before the end of the competition, Lovlina Borgohain won the gold in the 70-75 kg category to add a fourth gold to India.
India has won four gold medals in the Women’s World Boxing Championships after 17 years. This competition was being held in Delhi, the capital of India, and on home soil, the daughters made everyone proud by winning four gold medals. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated the boxers who won gold medals.
