UPSC CSE Prelims 2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) The first shift paper of the Civil Services Examination (Prelims) was conducted today i.e. 5th June 2022 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. At the same time, the second shift paper has started from 2:30 and it went on till 4:30.
UPSC CSE Pre 2022: Both Papers Compulsory
The General Studies I paper was held in the morning shift and the CSAT paper in the second shift. In General Studies paper, 100 questions of 200 marks are asked and in CSAT paper 80 questions of 200 marks are asked. Candidates are given 2 hours to solve each paper. Let us tell you that to crack the CSAT paper one has to score only 33% marks. It is mandatory for all the candidates to appear in both the papers.
UPSC CSE 2022: General Studies paper like this
According to media reports, this year in the UPSC Prelims exam, the candidates were asked questions from medieval history, technology related, coronavirus pandemic and vaccine etc. Candidates are giving mixed reactions regarding CSE Prelims 2022. Now the cutoff can be estimated only after the second shift paper is done.
