Cynthia has an experience of more than 25 years. She has held many high positions. Has worked as Director, Executive Director, Office Director and Chief of Staff. Prior to India, she has been the representative of China UNICEF.

Cynthia McCaffery, head of India UNICEF, is a resident of America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. This was followed by a Masters degree in Public Policy from the LBJ School of the University of Texas. Cynthia began her career in international development with the International Rescue Committee.
