Cynthia McCaffery, head of India UNICEF, is a resident of America. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. This was followed by a Masters degree in Public Policy from the LBJ School of the University of Texas. Cynthia began her career in international development with the International Rescue Committee.
