There are two types of diabetes. First, type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease. It is found in children or young people. In this the body stops making insulin. Nuts include almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, and seeds containing chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds. Also, to consume protein-rich things, you can take seafood, tofu, low fat red meat etc. Whereas black coffee, pale tea, vegetable juice are also very beneficial.

Sweet stuff: Diabetic patients should avoid consuming sweet things. Such as candies, cookies, sweets, baked goods, ice creams etc. should not be consumed.
Sweetened Beverages: Juice, soda, sweet tea, sports drinks etc. should not be consumed.
Sweeteners: Do not consume table sugar, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup etc.
Processed Food: Chips, processed meats, popcorn made in the microwave etc. should not be consumed.
Trans Fats: Fried foods, dairy free coffee creamer etc should not be consumed.
