Go to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home.
Select the option of Register Yourself on the right side of the site.
Enter all the details based on the details given in the PAN and generate the password.

After login, go to View Tax Credit Statement (26 AS).
After clicking on the View Tax Credit Statement (26 AS) option, a popup will appear and you will be redirected to another site.
