First of all, the Aadhaar number of the person to whom you are sending money should be linked with the bank account. If not, then you will not be able to send money through Aadhaar number. Secondly, the BHIM app does not show the account holder’s name due to privacy and security, so before sending money, make sure that you have entered the correct Aadhaar number.

How to send money to Aadhaar number through BHIM app
1. Open BHIM app on your phone.
2. Tap on Send Money.
3. Tap on the three dots in the top right. After that select Aadhaar Pay.
4. After this, enter the Aadhaar number to which the money is to be sent.
5. Now tap on Verify. Here it is checked whether that Aadhaar number is linked to any bank account or not.
6. Next you will see the Aadhaar number of that person. You should check it again, because the name of the account holder will not be visible.
7. After that enter the transfer amount. And also state the reason for the payment.
8. Now tap on Pay.
In this way you will be able to send money to any Aadhaar number through BHIM app.
