Russia Ukraine War: According to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Russian President Vladimir Putin would not have started a war in Ukraine if he were a woman. According to AFP, Johnson told German broadcaster ZDF on Tuesday evening: “If Putin were a woman, which he clearly isn’t, but if he were, I don’t think he would be a maniac of aggression and violence like that.” The men would have joined the war as they have now.”
Johnson said Putin’s invasion of Ukraine was “a perfect example of toxic masculinity”. She called for better education for girls around the world and “more women in power”.
‘People want the war to end’
The British prime minister acknowledged that “of course the people want the war to end”, but at the moment “there is no deal available. Putin is not offering peace”. He said that Western allies should support Ukraine so that it can be in the best possible strategic position if peace talks with Moscow are possible.
