Mushroom Tikka Masala Recipe
1- First put curd in a bowl. Now add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, gram flour and garam masala to it.
2- Add mushrooms to this mix and mix all the things. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
3- Put some oil in a pan and fry the marinated mushrooms.
4- Now put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, first put cumin seeds in it. After this add onion, garlic, ginger and tomato and fry it.
5- Add dry spices and cashew nuts and fry it. Add salt as per taste.
6- When the masala is ready, grind it in a mixer and make a paste.
7- Now put some oil in the same kadhai. Add bay leaves and Kashmiri red chillies to it.
8- Now add the prepared ground masala and cook it till it leaves the oil.
9- Now add fried mushrooms to the spices and mix. Add some water and let it cook.
10- Take out the vegetable in a serving bowl and serve it by adding green coriander.
