Hair Loss is one of the major factors that majority of people come across once in their life, According to physician Dr. Alan Bauman, 20 percent of men start to lose their hair in their twenties. The biggest reason behind it is Genetics, however, there are some reasons we can take control of. There is some external factor also which play a very important role.

Just like any other part of our body hairs also needs nutrients to nourish and grow healthy, not only that one needs to take care of hairs as they are always exposed to external environment and pollutions. Well as we know good habits result in good health and well being that’s why we bring you the 7 habits you can follow every day to prevent hair loss.

7 Habits You Can Follow Every day To Prevent Hair Loss

  1. 1 Shampoo Sparingly Instead of Daily

Shampoo and conditioner are good for hairs to some extent, however, there is also a downside if you use shampoo every day. It might dry out hairs and damage the hairlines. So always try to shampoo sparingly, twice or trice a week.

  2. 2 Eat Anti-Balding Nutrients

To keep up healthy body and mind we need to have nutritious food and fruits every day. Foods rich in essential vitamins and minerals helps in preventing hair loss. Eat foods which are rich in protein, omega fatty, zinc, vitamin A, C, magnesium, and Selenium.

  3. 3 Let hair dry naturally

Heat damages protein, hair is a pure protein so if you use hair dryers you might be damaging your hair unknowingly. Let hair dry naturally in this way the proteins and hair linage will become more stable with the external environment.

  4. 4 Trim Hair Endings Regularly

The easiest way to get rid of split ends is, of course, to just chop them off. Perhaps this is why women with perfect hair don't have any because most say they have their hair trimmed religiously -- every three months or even "every six weeks". Those who can't make it to the hairdresser all the time take matters into their own hands and trim any split ends themselves.

  5. 5 Go easy on the brushing

Brushing hair regularly is a good habit and keep hairlines in an orderly manner, but try not to brush hairs when it is still wet. Always use brushes with a wide-toothed comb also don't overdo brush or too frequently as it may weaken the hair follicle resulting in hair loss.
