Pratiksha Tondwalkar hails from Pune. Born in 1964 in a poor family, Pratiksha is working in State Bank of India. Recently he has been promoted to the post of Assistant General Manager by SBI. But the journey to reach this position was not easy for Pratiksha. At an early age, the responsibility of family and son had fallen on Pratiksha’s shoulders.

Pratiksha got married at the age of just 17. Pratiksha had not even done 10th during that time. Her husband worked as a book binder in SBI. After a year of marriage, son Vinayak was born. But when the husband died in an accident, the responsibility of the whole family fell on Pratiksha’s shoulders. To improve the future of the family and the son, Prateeksha decided to take up a job, although she was not capable of a good job due to her lack of education.

But the husband’s bank decided to give a job to Pratiksha. In this bank, Pratiksha became a cleaning worker. She used to sweep, clean and sweep the bank branch every morning.
