Who is Wang Xiaohui of the Chinese Communist Party?
Wang Xiaohui was called to Kathmandu on behalf of the ruling CPN Maoist leaders in Nepal just before Prachanda’s visit to India. CPN is the party of Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal. And, Wang is among the most senior Chinese Communist Party (CPC) leaders to visit Kathmandu since the formation of ‘Prachanda’ government in December last year. He is the secretary of the Sichuan province of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). He has been the former deputy head of the Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party.
Why did Prachanda meet Wang Xiaohui?
Indian experts have described Wang Xiaohui’s meeting with ‘Prachanda’ as a cause of concern for India. Because, Wang is currently a member of the Central Committee of the Xiaohui CPC, and he is also considered close to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Experts of Indian foreign policy say that during the Galvan conflict between India and China, Nepal also started creating hue and cry over the border dispute, which was done by the Oli government at the behest of China. It can be understood from this that China’s interference in Nepal has increased so much that despite being surrounded by India from three sides and our country being a major source of livelihood for Nepalis, the Nepalese government raised a dispute over Lipulekh-Kalapani. .
Dragon wants to bring Oli-Prachanda together
At the same time, while Nepali PM ‘Prachanda’ is on a tour of India, but just before that, his meeting with senior Chinese leader Wang Xiaohui raises doubts about Dragon’s intentions. Foreign policy experts have an idea that China wants to unite Oli-Prachanda in Nepal. On the other hand, some experts say that China is annoyed with the tradition of Nepal, in which it is decided that whichever leader becomes the Prime Minister there, he will start his foreign tours from India.
Former PM KP Oli will go to China
According to the Kathmandu Post, a 20-member delegation of the Maoist Center led by former Nepal speaker Agni Sapkota has gone to China and is meeting senior leaders of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) there. After that, the delegation of CPN-UML, the party of former Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli, will also go to China.
