Regarding milk, Dr Brian Roy, Assistant Professor of Applied Sciences at Brock University, Canada, says that the nutrients found in milk work to nourish our entire body. Only then its consumption benefits the overall health of the children as well.

Are other foods made from milk equally beneficial?

Can we drink more milk?

Drinking milk builds muscles and reduces fat. If after knowing this you have this desire that then only milk should be drunk throughout the day. But keep in mind that the digestion of those doing sitting jobs is much weaker than those who do physical labor like agricultural work or labor related work, sports, gymnast etc. Therefore, these people can easily digest milk even in excess quantity.
