Medvedev will now face Roberto Bautista Agut, who has been moved due to Kyrgios’ pre-match withdrawal. World number six Tsitsipas will next face American Marcos Giron, who defeated compatriot Mackenzie McDonald 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-4.
