Imran Khan Live: Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Biwi has got bail till May 31 in the case of Al Qadir Trust. On the other hand, Imran Khan has got bail till June 8 in different cases. Earlier, former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan was accused of organizing protests in the country. A case of terrorism was imposed on him. After his arrest, there was a tremendous uproar in the country. After this uproar, Pakistani army requested the government to impose Army Act on Imran Khan. However, the government had approved the imposition of Army Act only against the protesters arrested during the protest.
Imran Khan issued a statement yesterday itself saying that he is 80 percent sure that he can be arrested tomorrow from the Islamabad court. Although today he and his wife got bail in the case. While Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has got bail in the Al Qadir Trust case, on the other hand, Imran Khan has got bail till next 8th June in 7 other cases including terrorism.
Earlier, after the arrest of Imran Khan, the leaders of his party were also arrested by the Government of Pakistan, which included big leaders like Mahmood Shah Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhary. Apart from this, more than 250 supporters were arrested by the Pakistan Army in protest against sabotage and arson, on which the army has now started taking action under the Army Act.
Due to the protests after the arrest of Imran Khan, a civil war-like situation had developed in the country. The Pakistani government strongly condemned the protests. He had declared the protest on 9th May as Black Day. Even the Chief Justice Bandial of the Supreme Court of the country was threatened by the information minister of the current government, Maryam Aurangzeb, for giving a decision in favor of Imran that like the whole of Pakistan is burning today, tomorrow your house will be burnt.
