Commonwealth Games 2022: Commonwealth Games 2022 has started. This year the Games are being held in Birmingham, England from 28 July to 8 August. Players from all over the world as well as Indian athletes have participated in the Commonwealth Games. Since the 2010 Commonwealth Games, India has consistently participated in every event with a large number of its athletes. This year a very strong team from India has reached Birmingham. However, Neeraj Chopra, who won gold for India in the Tokyo Olympics, could not participate in the Commonwealth Games due to injury. In the Commonwealth Games, 106 male and 104 female athletes have participated from India in 16 sports. Many female athletes have also performed brilliantly in the sport so far.
