Banana Raita Recipe: On the day of Krishna Janmashtami, sweets and such dishes are made in homes which are liked by Lord Krishna. Most of the people fast on this day. In such a situation, some people make something that can be eaten by themselves during the fast to offer God’s blessings. If you do not make panjiri prasad on Janmashtami, then you can make banana raita. It tastes very tasty and looks like Panchamrit. You can make sweet banana raita for prasad. You can also eat it in fasting and also offer it to God in the evening with this raita. By eating banana raita during fasting, the body gets energy and the stomach gets filled easily. Banana Sweet Raita Recipe
To make raita from 1 banana, you have to take 4 ripe bananas. Peel the banana and cut it into thin pieces.
2 Now you need about 1 liter of milk curd. If you are taking curd from the market, then 700-800 grams of curd is required.
To make 3 raita, beat the curd a little. If you feel that the curd is too thick, then add some water.
Mix about 1 medium bowl of powdered sugar in 4 curds. If you want, you can also grind some cardamom in sugar.
Put chopped bananas in the curd and prepare the tempering of raita.
6 For this, put 2-3 spoons of ghee in a pan. Add 3-4 spoons of grated coconut and fry till it turns brown.
In the tempering itself, mix some chironji and 10-15 raisins. Add this tempering to the raita and mix.
To put in 8 raita, fry some makhana in ghee and put half of these makhana in raita.
9 Tasty Banana Raita is ready. While serving, put makhana on top of the raita and serve.
10 You can eat this raita even during fasting. With this you can also offer bhog to Lord Krishna.
