1- Honey and lemon- Honey and lemon are the most effective home remedies for weight loss. Drinking honey mixed with lukewarm or lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach helps in reducing weight. Mix half a lemon and 1 teaspoon honey in a glass of water and drink it. If lemon does not suit you, then you can drink only honey and warm water.

2- Garlic with honey- To reduce obesity, eat garlic with honey. Eating 2-3 cloves of garlic and 2 spoons of honey together every morning helps in reducing weight. 3- Honey and milk- Use honey instead of sugar in milk to make it thinner. Keep in mind that only after boiling milk, add honey to it. Mix 2 teaspoons of honey in 1 glass of milk and drink it. This will make the milk sweet and the weight will also be reduced.

4- Eat brown bread with honey- If you feel very hungry or want to eat something heavy in the morning, then you can eat it by applying honey on brown-bread. You can eat it for breakfast or dinner also. Eating brown bread helps in reducing weight. This will also reduce belly fat to a great extent.

5- Mix buttermilk in honey- You can drink buttermilk to reduce belly fat. If you want, you can also drink plain buttermilk mixed with honey. This improves metabolism. Mix 2 teaspoons of honey in 1 glass of buttermilk and drink it. This will reduce belly fat.
