How To Get Good Sleep: If you want to sleep deeply at night or you sleep late and want to sleep early, then include some things in the routine. These habits are helpful in getting you fast and deep sleep without medicine. By applying these things daily, your sleep pattern can be good.
1- Before sleeping, fill water in a vessel in the room and sleep. It is believed that the negative energy of the room goes into that water and it also has a good effect on sleep. Throw that water after waking up in the morning.

5- Take a bath in summer before sleeping, it brings positivity. If bathing is not possible, then sleep with your hands and feet clean, the bed should be clean and the sleeping clothes should also be comfortable.
