2- Quit sleeping late in the night- Nowadays people keep watching mobile till late in the night. Checking the phone even after waking up in the night. This disturbs sleep. When you do not get enough sleep, stress increases and obesity also increases.
3- Leave sleeping till late in the morning- Make a habit of getting up early in the morning to reduce obesity. When you wake up early, you will be able to find time to walk, yoga or exercise for a while in the morning.
4- Reduce sugar and oil- For weight loss, you should limit the amount of oil and sugar. Use sugar or jaggery instead of sugar. Eat less oil. This will gradually reduce your weight.
