Fatty Liver Disease: Fatty liver disease or steatosis is a condition where fat starts accumulating in the liver. This can either be due to the consumption of alcohol which is known as alcoholic fatty liver disease or due to being overweight which is known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. High levels of fat in the liver cause diabetes, high blood pressure and also have an effect on the kidneys. Therefore it is extremely important to identify the symptoms of the disease so that you can seek medical help as soon as possible.

Abdominal pain in fatty liver is felt like a blockage towards the upper right side of the abdomen. The pain is mostly felt in the upper right side. You can adopt some home remedies to keep yourself fit and avoid fatty liver. Like- have food before 9 o’clock in the night, do not eat late night. Eat any food after chewing it well.
