This exercise is considered to be the best to reduce the fat of the arms. To do this exercise, lie down on your stomach on the mat. Now place your palms on the ground slightly apart from the shoulders and the hands should be slightly bent. Now bend both the knees, it should touch the ground and both the legs should be crossed simultaneously looking towards the sky. Now support the weight on your hands and knees and lower the body until it comes in contact with the ground. While doing this step, inhale and exhale, while doing this, push the body upwards and feel the pressure on the arms and shoulders. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times daily.
This exercise gives strength to your arms as well as helps in gaining muscle. To do this exercise, keep the hands straight while holding dumbbells in both hands. Now bend your elbows and pull the dumbbells up to your shoulders. Then lower the hands and come back to this position. Repeat this process at least.
This exercise is done by pulsing the arms to tone the shoulders, triceps and biceps. Use a flat bench to do this.
