Twitter Suspended Accounts: Twitter’s new boss, Elon Musk, has started work on restoring other suspended accounts after restoring the account of former US President Donald Trump. Only an apology can do the job for a return to Twitter. Musk has released a new survey for this. In his polls on reinstatement of other accounts, Musk asked whether Twitter should offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided they have not broken the law or engaged in serious spam.
Elon Musk has asked people to answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in polls. The results of the poll survey with a 24-hour window will be out on November 25, 2022, at around 11.16 pm (IST). Earlier, Musk had conducted a similar survey to restore the account of former US President Donald Trump. More than 1.5 crore people took part in this survey.
Trump returns after 22 months
In Musk’s poll, 51.8 percent of people agreed with Trump’s return to Twitter, while 48.2 percent disagreed. After the survey, Elon Musk decided to go with the public and lifted the ban on former US President Donald Trump’s account. With this, Trump returned to Twitter after about 22 months. Twitter was banned after the Capitol Hill violence on January 6, 2021. While restoring Trump’s account, Musk said that the majority of the people want Trump’s account to be restored.
