Home Remedies For Cold And Cough: Nowadays, cold and cough are bothering children the most. Most of the children are having dry cough. School going children are the most troubled by this. 1- Honey ginger juice- Honey ginger juice must be given to children when they have a cold. Take 1 teaspoon ginger juice thrice a day in the morning, afternoon and evening and mix it with honey and feed it lukewarm. This will give quick relief to your cold and cough. It will also be of great benefit in child’s cough.
2- Eat cloves and basil- If the child has dry cough, grind cloves and mix them with honey and feed them. Lightly roast the cloves on a griddle and grind them. Now mix it in honey. It gives great relief in cough and cold. You eat this 2-3 times a day. This will give relief in cough to the child.
3- Black pepper, peepal and dry ginger- To cure cold of children, make powder by mixing equal quantity of peepal, dry ginger and black pepper. Roast peepal and grind it. Grind dry ginger and black pepper also. Now mix this powder in 1 pinch of milk and give it to the child daily. With this, the cold will be completely cured.
