What to eat in diabetes

1- Stir-fry Egg- In diabetes, you should avoid eating too much oil or ghee. For this you can eat stir-fry eggs. If you do not like the taste of boiled eggs, then this is a good dish for you. By eating eggs, the body gets essential vitamins and plenty of protein. A diabetic patient must eat eggs.
2- Ragi Dosa- You must consume ragi in diabetes. You can make chilla or crispy dosa with ragi flour. Ragi contains many nutrients. Ragi is rich in fiber and it is very beneficial for the diabetic patient.
3- Chana Chaat- Eating black gram is beneficial in diabetes. If you want, you can eat black gram chaat by making it. Soak the gram overnight. Boil it in the morning, add onion, tomato, green chili, green coriander and lemon and make it like chaat. You can eat it for breakfast or in the evening snacks.
4- Buckwheat bread- Different types of food are beneficial in diabetes. You can also eat buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is a gluten free grain, which is rich in high protein, minerals and vitamins. You eat buckwheat even during fasting. This helps in controlling diabetes. You can eat it by making kuttu roti or paratha.
5- Aloe vera juice- To control blood sugar, you should also include aloe vera juice in the diet. If you want, you can extract juice from fresh aloe vera. Or you can use aloe vera juice available in the market. You may find the taste of aloe vera bitter, but it is very beneficial in skin, hair, stomach and diabetes.
