Sumit Nagal led India to a come-from-behind victory in the second singles match in their Davis Cup World Group play-off tie against Denmark. Yuki Bhambri was defeated by world number nine Holger Rune 6-2, 6-2 in the first match on Friday. Yuki lost in 58 minutes against a tough opponent. Denmark were ahead 1-0 after Yuki’s loss but Sumit equalized at 1-1.

In singles, India’s number one Sumit Nagal defeated August Holmgren 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 in a match that lasted two hours and 27 minutes.
