Railway minister put his side on the budget
An allocation of Rs 2.40 lakh crore has been made to the Railways in this budget, welcoming which the Railway Minister thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Railway Minister said that the world is looking at India from a hopeful point of view, because they have expectations from India only. Regarding spending the budget received by the Railways, he said that this budget will be used from the development of railway stations to new technology trains like Vande Bharat Express, Vande Metro and Hydrogen train.
Bullet train by August 2026
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that work will be done to make a total of 1275 platforms from big stations to small stations world class. Work will be done to speed up the production of Vande Bharat Express train. Apart from Vande Bharat Express, Vande Metro train will be run for big cities, whose production will be started from this year. The work of bullet train is also going on fast. The Union Minister said that green growth has been promoted in the budget. With its help, hydrogen train will be run in the country. He told that the bullet train will be run by August 2026.
About 1 crore 40 lakh jobs will be created
In this budget, the central government has increased capital investment by 33 percent to Rs 10 lakh crore for employment and growth. Speaking on this, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that by investing Rs 10 lakh crore in sectors like railways, green, power, highways and ports, the impact of Rs 33 lakh crore will be on the country’s economy. The Union Minister said that around Rs 33 lakh crore to 1 crore 40 lakh jobs will be created. The Union Minister said that along with employment, the country will also develop.
Work done in more than 60 years in 8 years
Railway Minister said that the railway electrification work was completed in just 8 years as compared to 60 years. The minister said that 60 thousand kilometers of electrification work was done, while 33 thousand kilometers of work has been done in 8 years. What is in this budget on inflation? On this question, the central recession said that the inflation rate has increased rapidly in UK, US, but India’s inflation rate has remained stable. There is no need to make announcements in the budget to control inflation, for this we have to work cautiously throughout the year.
What about the middle class, women, the poor and others
The Union Minister said that tax exemption has been kept for the middle class on an income of 7 lakhs. The opposition has called this budget an election budget, to which the minister replied that the central government has given something or the other for all sections in every budget.
