Healthy Food For Heart: For a healthy heart, it is most important to keep cholesterol right and drink food in such a way that good cholesterol increases and LDL or bad cholesterol is reduced. Try to make your food habit such that it is rich in omega 3, fiber, anti-oxidant, rich vitamins and phytochemical. Know which food contains the most of these five food elements.
1- Omega 3 fatty acids- Omega 3 is a type of good fat that is found most in fish and flax seeds. Omega 3 is found in soybean and its oil as well as in canola oil. Apart from our heart, Omega 3 also keeps the lungs right.
2- Fiber- Fiber reduces LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) from our body. LDL is also known as bad cholesterol which should not be increased for a healthy heart. For fiber, eat bread made of bran or multi-grain flour. Its pulses, gram, pair fruit, chia seeds and almonds are found in abundance.
3- Anti-oxidant- All types of berries like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries are anti-oxidant fruits. Orange grapes, coffee, dark chocolate, capsicum, carrot, tomato, spinach are all foods rich in anti-oxidants.
4- Vitamins- For vitamin B, eat milk products, cheese and cheese. Vitamin A is found in spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes. Vitamin C is found in citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, seasonal, vitamin D is found in milk, cereals and fish. Vitamin E is found in whole grains, leafy vegetables, dry fruits.
5- Phytochemical- This is a chemical compound found in fruits and vegetables. In simple words, we should eat colorful vegetables and fruits in food. In the routine, red and yellow capsicum, broccoli, beetroot, brinjal, carrot should all be included in the food. Eating colorful vegetables and fruits increases immunity and it corrects the damaged cells. It also reduces cancerous cells.
